With deep sadness, we announce that our beloved father and cherished Grandfather, Dr David Hollands died peacefully on 12 June at the age of 92. David lived a rich, full life — one marked by curiosity, energy, and a deep commitment to his family, friends, community and passions. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the good fortune to know him.
